All times submitted will need to
be short course and entries will be accepted on a “first come first served” basis.
We would appreciate if entries of six swimmers per club or more are entered
electronically. The instructions are linked along with the meet file.
This will help eliminate mistakes and allow us to contact you with accepted
entries in a more timely fashion. The meet will be card-less. Swimmers
will be able to register on the day
up to 15 minutes before the warm-up. If an accepted swimmer
cannot swim for any reason please contact Lesley Shields on 01372 742644 and
let her know before 6:00pm on Saturday 28th June 2008, where
possible.
If you have officials who would like to join us on the day please complete
the officials form and return it to us as soon as
possible.
